Your credit card will automatically be charged the total amount for the whole duration of your stay once your booking / reservation is confirmed.
A Confirmation Code will be issued for confirmed bookings / reservations. Likewise, a Cancellation Code will be issued for cancellation of booking/reservation. If you were not issued one, please insist on it in order to prevent any unintended misunderstandings in the future.
Online booking / reservation submitted does not automatically confirm a booking / reservation until one receives an official confirmation letter with a confirmation code. |
