Maintenance Technician (Contract-based employment)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform general maintenance and repair works including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Tiling
- Sewerage repair
- Flooring
- Painting
REQUIREMENTS
- Possess a valid driving or motorcycle license
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ensure timely response to maintenance issues and uphold safety standards
- To perform any other duties, tasks and assignments as and when required by Management
